Job Description
This position could be located in Jacksonville, FL or Little Rock, AR, A remote work option would be considered for the position based on candidates experience, must be open to travel.

Champion process improvement efforts with a focus on customer satisfaction, cost reduction, cycle time reduction and quality improvement. Measure operations using process documentation and Lean Six Sigma techniques. Extract and analyze operational information and perform statistical analysis to identify root causes. Lead data-supported process improvement identification, implementation and ongoing measurement. Develop operational decision support tools including executive dashboards and leading indicators for continuous process improvement.

Aggregate and maintain a business process improvement portfolio for organization

Deliver process improvement results for top priority projects (based on return, level of complexity, etc.) within organization

Partner with frontline organizations and Learning & Development to establish and maintain a process improvement curriculum (Greenbelt training, etc.)

Serve as resource for organization in the future state design, detailed design and optimization of new processes or technology initiatives

NOTES: Telecommuting is allowed. Employer will assist with relocation costs.
Additional Salary Information: based on experience

Requirements
Strong experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Understanding of multiple BPR and change management disciplines (project management, training, communications, etc.).

Significant accomplishments in process improvements / efficiencies (expect to see multi-million $$ in savings).

Experience in process design and defining business requirements for technology enabled solutions with familiarity of SDLC methodologies such as CMMI or Rational UML.

Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies.

Ability to work in matrixed environment.

Prior consulting experience preferred.

Politically savvy with strong negotiation skills.

Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environment.

Experience coaching and mentoring others at multiple levels.

Required:

Bachelor's degree Industrial Engineering, Mathematics or Business; certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt 12-20 years Process Engineering / Improvement experience Preferred:

MBA or advanced degree 15+ years experience; insurance industry experience, consulting experience
