The quality control compliance specialist provides leadership for the quality control assurance program for all projects assigned to a field construction office. As the successful candidate, you will coordinate ODOT and contractor personnel to ensure compliance with the contract requirements of the program.

This position is represented by the Association of Engineering Employees of Oregon (AEE).
A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, surveying, or transportation-related engineering and one (1) year civil engineering or surveying experience.
An associate's degree in engineering technology or surveying from a recognized community college or technical school of engineering and two (2) and one-half (1/2) years of engineering or surveying experience.
One (1) year of this experience must have been working independently or as a senior member of a team or work group
Four (4) years of *para-professional engineering or surveying experience.
One (1) year of this experience must have been working independently or as a senior member of a team or work group.
An equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Para-professional engineering experience primarily includes performing drafting, inspection/surveying work, reviewing the work of lower level engineering specialists, and has not authority for authorizing changes.
Must have a valid drivers' license and acceptable driving record.
Must obtain and maintain certifications in CAgT, CEBT, CDT, CATI and QCT within 12 months of employment. Certification in CAT II, CCT and CMDT are desirable.
