Position Responsibilities:

• Lead design tasks on multiple projects.
• Self-starter that is able to manage work from proposal through completion. This includes managing schedules, budgets, and profitability of all Municipal and Government projects.
• Responsible for reviewing work for discrepancies or inconsistencies and can adjust and correlate data to address and/or correct those.
• Understands engineering conditions and laws and permitting organizations such as city, state, and county entities. Is able to research, identify and apply permitting process and code requirements to engineering assignments. 
• Attend design meetings and interacts with clients.
• Will require field-based activities including coordination with construction services, inspections, and/or reviewing sites with client groups.
• Support business development operations by attending industry functions, client meetings/presentations and preparing technical portion of proposals.
• Supervise and mentor other engineers, engineers-in-training, designers, and technicians.
