A well known construction OEM is searching for a senior design engineer to join their team, providing technical leadership through product launch and improvements. They’re looking for a strong communicator and proven innovator who can design and develop the next series of earthmoving equipment.

Your Mission

• As a technical leader, ensure the alignment of internal and global engineering teams throughout the entire product life cycle of earthmoving equipment in the North America market
• Manage improvement and enhancement projects – specifically component design & integration
• Set short and long-term team objectives to ensure time, budget and customer expectations are met
• Utilize voice of customer data and cross-functional communication to drive product development & improvement
• Review safety standards and ensure compliance with government regulations
