We are currently in need of a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the Northeastern United States.  The RSM will work of out their home office and travel frequently to customer sites.

Principal Accountabilities include:

• Meet or exceed a forecasted sales quota.
• Generate and present quotes for sales and services opportunities.
• Visit customers or prospective customers in the field on a frequency of at least 3 visits per week on a priority basis.
• Utilize technical skills to assist customers in the solution of operating problems or during new equipment start-up.
• Utilize process and equipment knowledge to recommend to customers the optimal KBC based solution to their operating needs comprised of productivity, fiber optimization, energy optimization, maintenance budget optimization, and capital budget optimization.
• Develop and demonstrate to customers the superior value proposition of KBC recommended solutions.
• Assist in the negotiations for new contracts with customers.
• Collect and transfer information for new equipment and process proposals to the Applications Department.
• Plan a call schedule and submit timely, up-to-date itineraries; submit comprehensive and timely customer call reports for every call made.
