This position serves as a Project/Client Manager and/or project civil engineer for design, permitting and construction of public infrastructure, such as transportation, water, wastewater, storm water, reclaimed water and related civil engineering projects. Responsible for day-to-day coordination and overall client satisfaction; while building strong client relationships. This position also requires considerable contact with County officials, contractors, engineers and other internal and external contacts and requires excellent public relations skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field. Minimum of four (4) years engineering experience related to area of assignment. Must possess current Florida Professional Engineer (P.E.) License (may consider out-of-state P.E. License, with ability to transfer to Florida within one (1) year of hire date). Minimum of one (1) year as Engineer of Record. AutoCAD experience desired. Valid Florida driver’s license. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered. |
