Supervisory Hydrologist
We are excited to announce an opening for an Assistant Director of Hydrologic Studies in our Raleigh, NC office. We are seeking an experienced scientist to supervise a team of scientists conducting research and applied science in groundwater and surface-water hydrology, water quality, and related geoscience fields to address needs at local, regional, and national levels. Responsibilities: Leads and mentors staff to promote scientific expertise and career advancement Ensures that project proposals, workplans, budgets, and scientific products are technically and fiscally sound, timely, and in compliance with policies Works with staff and other supervisors to complete project work effectively and with senior managers to foster a positive and rewarding
