Position Summary Responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive traffic signal timing plans, arterial signal coordination, and traffic control plans for City of Garland roads. The role will resolve traffic congestion problems, as well as respond to transportation issues brought by the public, other departments and the City Council.  Also, responsible for reviewing development and redevelopment plans to provide direction to developers regarding site layout in accordance with City standards, as well as determine offsite requirements for traffic impacts.  Target Hiring Range: $51,563 - $65,666/yr.
