Develop strategy and financial models for projects. Create annual plans of construction activities and budget for the projects. Select and manage subcontractors and suppliers relationships. Manage construction schedule and activities. Manage cost of construction and project budgets. Coordinate efforts across projects between designers, architects, engineers, city/state, and subcontractors.
Supervise roofers, electricians, plumbers, tile and marble setters, and painters, coaters and decorators.
Experience and Education include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction and Building Engineering or closely related field or foreign equivalent
