CLASSIFICATION SUMMARY Under general direction of the Transportation Manager, performs complex traffic/transportation planning design and project management; plans, monitors, and controls the design and analysis of complex traffic/ transportation engineering studies, projects, budgets, and plan development; makes presentations and represents the City on complex traffic/transportation engineering reviews.  The incumbent participates in the plan review process for development, as well as the City’s traffic safety, bicycle, and pedestrian programs.
