Firm Advice is conducting a search for an attorney to work part-time (25 to 30 hours per week) on behalf of a national engineering and construction firm. We are searching for an experienced attorney to draft and negotiate engineering and construction contracts, including NDAs, MSA, subcontracts, purchase/vendor agreements, and sales agreements. This is a perfect opportunity for working parents, solo practitioners, or others who are interested in part-time work.
Position is hybrid (1 day a week) in Northern Virginia.
REQUIREMENTS
JD and membership in at least one US bar. Ability to obtain corporate counsel certificate.
5 + years’ experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including architectural, engineering, environmental, and/or construction contracts.
Experience overseeing claims or litigation a plus.
Must be a self-starter and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
