POSITION SUMMARY The Quality Assurance Coordinator (QAC) is responsible for supporting the quality and regulatory work of Surgenex, dba Phoenix Donor Services (PDS).  The QAC performs recovery birth tissue chart QA in compliance with Surgenex procedures, FDA regulations, and AATB standards.  The QAC is responsible for supporting the quality assurance work of the organization by reporting and disseminating information and documentation to Surgenex or other tissue processors and external agencies, ensuring pending logs are efficiently maintained and current, and make requests to external agencies to secure required information and documentation.
