The City of West Palm Beach is located along the beautiful Atlantic coastline in southeast Florida, approximately 75 miles north of Miami. The City has a strong Mayor form of government which combines the political leadership of the Mayor, who is responsible for running the affairs of the City, with the legislative authority of a five-member City Commission.  The Engineering Services Department works collaboratively with all departments to maintain, design, and construct the existing and future infrastructure essential to the safety, health, and quality of life for the citizens, businesses, and visitors while managing a coordinated multimodal transportation system to provide mobility options for the growing city.   Under the general direction of and reporting to the Director of E
