We are seeking a Transportation Engineer with 2-3 years of experience and a strong interest in Traffic Operations and TSMO (Transportation Systems Management & Operations). This role will focus on supporting the optimization of transportation network performance, safety, and reliability through advanced traffic management strategies, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), data-driven solutions, and transportation policy development.  Key Responsibilities: Design and implement TSMO strategies, including traffic signal optimization, incident management, active traffic management (ATM), work zone management.
