Engineer Scientist Program Manager Bureau of Watershed Management and Modeling   Job Summary:  Professional work supervising and coordinating all aspects of programs pertaining to regulatory services, water supply assessment and planning, water shed management and modeling, water resource evaluation, groundwater modeling, and/or water resource restoration.   Job duties include: Complete own individual deliverable commitments on time: Complete hydrologic, hydraulic and water quality simulations using all model platforms appropriate for basin and management questions. This includes but is not limited to expertise in HSPF, ICP
